A new basic rental amount has been approved in Belarus, which will come into force on April 1, 2025. According to the press service of the State Property Committee, it will now be Br18.77.

The change in the indicator occurred taking into account the consumer price index for 2024 compared to 2023. The State Property Committee noted that the increase by 5.7% will allow for the effective management of state property and compensation for landlords’ costs without affecting business activity.

The proposal to adjust the basic rental amount received unanimous support from business structures within the framework of the public advisory council for business development under the State Property Committee.
